Paris Opera House and More…

Hi everybody, it’s Kynnedy! Paris is such a breathtaking city! We visited many historical sites such as; the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Catacombs, the Lourve, the Musee d’Orsay and the Notre Dame de Paris. So far, France has been a blast! The Eiffel Tower was so amazing- I thought was high up once when I was in the St. Louis arch, but boy, was I wrong! Of course I went to the top and the view was spectacular. The Catacombs were so cool. I had no idea what that walk would be like, and yes it was a little spooky. My favorite part of the trip so far has been the visit to the Louvre. I didn’t think that I was a huge fan of art until I saw the beautiful sculptures and and paintings. For instance, we saw the Mona Lisa, the Venus de Milo, and an inscription from the Code of Hammurabi, not to mention some mummified cats. All in all, France has been such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to see what the other countries have in store for us!
